Don’t waste your time and money with this NextPCB pcb manufacturer. They have the worst quality control and they are unprofessional. They manufacture the pcb according to what’s best for them not what’s best for your pcb by ignoring the manufacturing requests and instructions you give them.

In reply to Rocky. This is only the controller, producing the control signals. The power stage isn't included and can be an Intelligent Power Module (IPM) or 3 Phase IGBT/MOSFET with Gate driver. Check the block diagram above.
